How to punish a dog...

For those who know me, I have a dog named Angel. She loves to ransack the bin when there is no one at home. So as usual, she ransacked the bin when we when for dinner on sunday. The place was filled with rubbish. To punish her, my dad decided to place the rubbish with her always. Ta-da:
Hahahaha... She ran around the house with the trash bag around her neck for 5 min... hohohoho...
